Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement retail operational strategies to enhance store performance.
- Monitor and analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to drive store performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all retail locations.
- Manage inventory levels at each individual store, ensuring that stock is available to meet customer demand.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure the availability of the right inventory at the right stores.
- Work closely with the Visual Merchandiser and Planning Manager to optimize store layouts and displays.
- Prepare and manage the retail operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Develop store expansion and enhancement plans in line with company growth objectives.
Qualification: Masters
Experience: 12+ years
