Title: MTO – Performance Marketing
Location: Korangi, Karachi
Must haves: Google ads, Meta Ads, Facebook ads
Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing performance marketing campaign across digital mediums for local and international market.
- Developing and managing remarketing campaigns (local & international).
- Enhance performance of international campaign via innovative strategies while identifying new international markets to boost international sales.
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment.
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels.
- Identifying and testing new channels to meet or exceed established critical metrics such as (ad optimization tools, AI based tools, advertising mediums, etc.)
- Constantly optimize paid marketing campaigns to improve return on investment.
- Collaborate with marketing team to guide A/B creative tests and spend scaling tests on digital campaigns to identify what works best.
- Optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROAS and efficiently scale advertising campaigns.
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
Requirements:
- Prior entry level experience in a similar role as well as experience in building effective multi- channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels.
- Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics & tag manager experience.
- Solid expertise in Google ads, Meta Ads, FB ads
- Candidate should possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
- Candidate should be highly goal-oriented and have excellent communication skills.
