Executive – Talent Hunt Program (Project-Based)

As a Talent Hunt Program Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of our student programs. This detail-oriented position involves maintaining and updating student databases, developing performance reports, and overseeing the orientation program. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, assisting with training sessions, and streamlining financial processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Database Management: Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive database of new and existing students and alumni, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Reporting: Develop detailed performance and technical reports for enrolled students and effectively communicate these to donors and stakeholders.
Orientation Program Management: Oversee all aspects of the orientation program, including:
- Organizing classes, training, and engagement sessions.
- Addressing hostel-related issues, food, and health concerns.
- Answering queries, managing the disbursement of stipends and funds, and ensuring complete documentation.
- Preparing and conducting mock sessions for event organization.
Marketing & Awareness Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing, awareness, and career counselling campaigns in collaboration with team members.
Training Coordination: Assist in scheduling, coordinating, and arranging logistics for training sessions, ensuring efficient communication with all relevant parties.
Process Improvement: Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous enhancement of program processes and outcomes.
Application Management: Manage the application process, including form processing, shortlisting, test coordination, and collaboration with the testing department.
Financial Oversight: Supervise and streamline financial processes for student allowances, ensuring timely approvals and adjustments in coordination with the finance office.
Counseling Sessions: Arrange one-on-one counseling sessions to assist students in adjusting to their new environment, particularly those residing in hostels.
