we are hiring Change Control Lead
Key Accountabilities
- Management, monitoring and improving Change control for timely adherence to workplan and effective closure along with key performance indicators.
- Embedded quality improvement in Change control management.
- Provide data on Change control for Quality Forum meetings.
- Support on Gap Analysis activities of SOPs and Practices against Standards/Guidance.
- Support in risk assessment & management.
- Deploy Training and Development system at Site as per training need analysis.
- Participate in self-inspections and quality audits conducting at Site.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Bachelors in Sciences / Pharm-D (minimum).
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance & Quality Management.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Results-oriented and ability to motivate staff and maintain good relations.
- Maintain confidentiality and ability to adapt within rapidly changing business environment.
