We are actively seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for monthly closing activity in SAP.
2. Review and validate accruals of all expenses for month-end closing.
3. Scrutiny of General Ledger and identify the reason for abnormal balances.
4. Execute Depreciation Run.
5. Finalization of Monthly Management Accounts.
6. Review Channel Wise, SKU Wise, and Region Wise Profit & Loss for the month.
7. Prepare Business Performance report for Monthly Board Presentation.
8. Preparation of Annual & Monthly Forecasted Profit & Loss.
9. Review SKU Wise, Channel Wise, and Customer Wise Price Structure.
10. Validating and approving Distributor Claims and Sales Team incentives.
11. Conduct periodic meetings with departments to highlight gaps between the Budget and actual results.
12. Closely monitor and review forecasted expenses provided by departments in comparison to Last month and Last year.
13. Approval of PAF (Price Approval Form)
14. Approval of CAPEX.
15. Review system pricing is in line with the approved price structure monthly.
16. Liaison with External Auditors with respect to Annual and Semi-Annual Financial Statements.
17. Identifying gaps in existing sales policies and inform same to the Business Unit Head.

Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience

Qualification: ACCA/MBA
