Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monthly closing activity in SAP.
- Review and validate accruals of all expenses for month-end closing.
- Scrutiny of General Ledger and identify the reason for abnormal balances.
- Execute Depreciation Run.
- Finalization of Monthly Management Accounts.
- Review Channel Wise, SKU Wise, and Region Wise Profit & Loss for the month.
- Prepare Business Performance report for Monthly Board Presentation.
- Preparation of Annual & Monthly Forecasted Profit & Loss.
- Review SKU Wise, Channel Wise, and Customer Wise Price Structure.
- Validating and approving Distributor Claims and Sales Team incentives.
- Conduct periodic meetings with departments to highlight gaps between the Budget and actual results.
- Closely monitor and review forecasted expenses provided by departments in comparison to Last month and Last year.
- Approval of PAF (Price Approval Form)
- Approval of CAPEX.
- Review system pricing is in line with the approved price structure monthly.
- Liaison with External Auditors with respect to Annual and Semi-Annual Financial Statements.
- Identifying gaps in existing sales policies and inform same to the Business Unit Head.
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience
Qualification: ACCA/MBA
