· Assist and manage payroll process
· Update databases and documentation related to employee records
· Manage the complete recruitment cycle including onboarding & orientation
· Coordinate and assist in training activities
· Manage day-to-day admin related matters
· Develop, implement and manage staff performance and professional development plan
