Herbion Pakistan Jobs Manager Finance:
Herbion Pakistan is looking for Manager – Finance . (Karachi based).
Education: CA/ACCA
Experience: At least 5 Years
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for overall reporting related requirements of Group companies
-Prepare financial budgets, highlight and raise queries for material differences in actual and budgeted figures
-Prepare consolidated group financial statements on monthly basis
-Present group financial results to directors on quarterly basis
-Review financial statements of Subsidiaries and raise queries to the locations
-Review and Report historical and projected future cash flows of the group in order to analyse the current and future expected cash positions of the company
-Review of group receivable ageing and report to directors monthly and get comments from the locations on overdue receivables
-Review and analyse cash flows of subsidiaries and raise queries regarding implausible
-Ensure maintenance of accounting records as per applicable laws
-Identify gaps in the system and provide suggestions for improvements
-Liaise with external auditors for annual audit.
-Handling tax matters of Company
