Qualifications:
- MBA/Masters in Human Resources
Experience:
- 3-4 years of diversified work experience.
- Candidates from a hospitality background will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and completeness of all HR-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs and oversee payroll processing and income tax.
- Must be proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Excellent presentation and report writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of MS Office.
