Walk-In Interview Details:

Location: Mehmoodabad Branch, 610, Shahid Arcade, Mehmoodabad # 3, Near Mehmoodabad Medical Centre, Karachi.
Qualification & Experience: Intermediate along with 1-2 years of experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- To introduce Halan Microfinance Bank products and services to target population.
- To follow-up the prospects by regular contact with the identified potential clients.
- To propose new products and services to current clients.
- To assist the clients in loan application.
- To conduct loan appraisal and to collect detailed information (personal, business, guaranties) on the field.
- To present the loan request at the loan committee.
- To monitor the loan portfolio and to ensure timely repayment.
- To run a full cash flow assessment on the potential clients.
- To carefully select the client on the basis of repayment capacity.
- To size the loan according to the client’s ability as per the policy guidance.
Salary & Benefits: Rs 39,000/- to Rs 55,000/- including other benefits; Fuel Allowance, Sales Incentives, Provident Fund, EOBI, Medical Insurance of self and family & Life Insurance.
