Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited is looking for candidates for the position of ‘Deputy Manager / Manager Area Sales – Pharma’ based at Lahore.
Job Responsibilities:
· Achieving the allocated sales/CYPs target in the assigned area/territories.
· Ensure that all MIOs in respective area are effectively achieving their KPIs/targets.
· Implementation of all organizational policies at providers as well as pharmacies in compliance with the marketing plans.
· Maintain a quality record of GS network providers and NGS providers/doctors through a defined tracking system to track visits/calls and missed calls/un-visited doctors/providers.
· Recruitment, development, and retention of the Medical Information Officers complying hiring criteria.
· Monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of field sales and operational SOPs.
· Fortnightly and monthly performance review meetings in order to monitor weekly performance of MIOs and distributor’s sales forces and submit a report with concrete action plan for the improvement of identified gaps.
· Responsible for the field presence of MIOs through daily SMS attendance, daily field visit reports and a robust on the job and back check mechanism
· Timely submission of provider wise work plans and execution in the field through perpetual and U-tracking of MIOs.
· Submission of properly checked reports, work plans, expenses to the support staff.
· Any other task assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Graduate
- 1-3 Years of relevant experience
