Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited is looking for candidates for the position of Assistant Manager IT – infrastructure based at Head office, Karachi.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and Network infrastructure
- Install, configure, manage, and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support on Office365
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Create and modify policies and procedures for modifications to the Antivirus applications/tools
- Manage the Antivirus infrastructure for the enterprise. Assist in design, implementation, and support of a highly available domain environment
- Manages day-to-day internal client interaction
- Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
- Compiles with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures
Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor of Computer Science
- 2 – 3 years of experience
