Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited is looking for candidates for the position of ‘Health Care Service Provider’ based at Lahore.
Job Responsibilities:
· To provide clinical services for FP/MNCH programs and general medical health issues at Greenstar self-care clinics in respective region.
· Receive trainings on basic screening of Female related cancers.
· Screening of potential patients visiting clinics and referred by community mobilizers.
· Maintain a client history file and CRB to keep records of clients/patient’s visits, checkup and follow up.
· Stay in close contact with helpline call agent for client/patient follow up.
· Provide family planning and self-care services to potential clients visiting Greenstar Clinic.
· Develop the Technical and communication skills of aligned community mobilizers on FP. MNCH, and self-care.
· Conduct technical sessions on FP/MCH/Self Care for community mobilizer, Greenstar providers when required.
· Develop referral linkages with assigned facilities for Clients/Patients referral for advanced screening and services.
· Review record of Commodities to set Pharmacy and Laboratory.
· Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for Greenstar Self Care clinics.
· Responsible for Income generation at these centers.
Knowledge and Experience:
· MBBS/ Postgraduate/LHV
· For Doctors: House job and clinical experience of 1 year in a Gynae Unit
· For LHV: 03 years of Clinical experience
· Knowledge of Family Planning and Reproductive Health
