Al Khair Rice Mills is looking for an Assistant Manager – Finance to join its team and support key financial and accounting operations.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
MBA Finance, CMA, M.COM or CA Inter / CAF
Preferably 3–5 years of relevant experience
Strong command of MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
Accounting experience in Rice plant with understanding of paddy buying, paddy & rice storage, rice drying/milling/packing and product pricing model is a plus.
Understanding of CAS, IFRS, GAAP, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14064, Sales/Supplier Audits, Internal Audit, and Processes Audit is preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparation and review of monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
Monitoring of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank transactions.
Preparation of budgets, cash flow statements, and financial workings.
Coordination with Accounts, Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations for financial data.
Review, Calculation & Reconciliation of inventory, stock records, and product costing.
Review of vendor payments, customer receivables, and outstanding balances.
Preparation of data and schedules required for internal and external audits.
Coordination with banks, auditors, and consultants on finance-related matters.
Ensuring proper maintenance of financial records and supporting documents.
Any other task assigned by management relevant to the Group.
