We are looking for a detail-oriented, commercially driven, and production-focused professional to join our Merchandising Team and manage the product development and production of our Knitwear category.
Open Position: 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫 – 𝐊𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐬
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion, Merchandising, Business Administration, or a relevant field
4–6 years of relevant experience in knitwear production, garment merchandising, apparel manufacturing, or sourcing
Strong knowledge of knitted fabrics, garment construction, testing protocols, embellishment, and production processes
Experience in managing product development, sampling, costing, order execution, and bulk production, & CMT follow ups.
Ability to coordinate with suppliers, vendors, factories, quality, design, sourcing, and supply chain teams for smooth production execution
Experience in production planning, order tracking, material follow-up, and ensuring timely deliveries
Strong understanding of costing, consumption, production lead times, quality standards, and commercial requirements
Ability to identify and resolve production, quality, and delivery-related issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders
Strong negotiation, vendor-management, analytical, and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail with a strong understanding of product quality and commercial requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple products, suppliers, and production orders effectively
