Forrun Pvt Ltd urgently hiring Karachi Based Position for HR Generalist.

Job Description:

Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, Phone interviews and personal interviews with coordination and with the concerned Departments.
Preparing and Processing timely Payroll.
Assisting with HR day to day operations of HR functions and duties. Compiling and update employee records.
Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
Facilitating employees from joining process till separation (process their offer letters, contract letters, warning letters, confirmation letters, show cause letter, release letters & experience letters).
Responsible for Induction/Orientation and post hiring process.
Ensure necessary documentation and arrangements with regards to hiring.
Responsible for all HR correspondence with employees, providing support and resolving concerns on day-to-day bases.
Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employees resign.
Need to manage employee’s headcount as per business need.
Assist Manager Administration and provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Employee clearance and final settlement.

Skills and Qualifications: MBA/BBA minimum two years experience
