Forrun Pvt Ltd urgently hiring Karachi Based Position for HR Generalist.

Job Description:

  • Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, Phone interviews and personal interviews with coordination and with the concerned Departments.
  • Preparing and Processing timely Payroll.
  • Assisting with HR day to day operations of HR functions and duties. Compiling and update employee records.
  • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
  • Facilitating employees from joining process till separation (process their offer letters, contract letters, warning letters, confirmation letters, show cause letter, release letters & experience letters).
  • Responsible for Induction/Orientation and post hiring process.
  • Ensure necessary documentation and arrangements with regards to hiring.
  • Responsible for all HR correspondence with employees, providing support and resolving concerns on day-to-day bases.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employees resign.
  • Need to manage employee’s headcount as per business need.
  • Assist Manager Administration and provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Employee clearance and final settlement.

Skills and Qualifications: MBA/BBA minimum two years experience
