We are looking for PROJECT HEAD
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Heading the regional sales planning team
- Managing end operations with regards to Training & development as well as regional target assignment
- Reporting sales performance to the regional stakeholders on periodic basis
- Managing and coordinating the company’s sales and business teams (spread across the brand’s respective regions) for effective targets achievement
- Identifying product development ideas by coordinating with the relevant business stakeholders (Sales, Affiliates, Marketing, etc.) and structuring them for subsequent development and execution
- Managing the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for relevant unit heads to support them in effective decision making
- And assessing/analyzing sales dispute cases based on facts and findings and providing functional and technical support to sales users with reference to incumbent operational issues on a daily basis
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Organizational skills and attention to details
- Excellent Communications and Problem-Solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Preferably masters degree
- Minimum 10 years of Sales and Management experience
