Engro Enablers is the flagship Graduate Trainee Engineer Program which onboards, grooms and empowers fresh talent to become the leaders of tomorrow at Engro. GTEs this year will be placed in either of the two verticals; Engro Fertilizers with placement at the plant in Daharki or Engro Polymers & Chemicals with placement at the plant at Port Qasim Karachi. Engro Fertilizers has over 50 years of experience of operating in Pakistan as a world class business, a demonstrated in-house capability of project execution & a state of the art modern plant with the one of the highest efficiencies in the region. Engro Polymers & Chemicals is the first and only fully integrated chlor-vinyl chemical complex in Pakistan producing PVC and other chlorine by-products. Plants at Daharki & Port Qasim have been functional.

Eligibility Criteria:
Only applications of engineering graduates of 2019 & 2020 will be considered (Masters students are not eligible to apply)
Only Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical and Instrument & Electrical engineering disciplines be considered
Minimum 3.0 CGPA
Have the right to work in Pakistan
