Emaar Pakistan | Testing & Commissioning Engineer (Karachi)
Qualifications: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years preferably in a Property Development Electricity Company / Construction Environment.
Responsibilities:
· Monitoring of MEP works at project site.
· Monitoring the progress of works according to agreed timelines and schedule.
· Preparing reports as required by management.
· Closely involve in testing and commissioning of different systems, review the T & C documents, O & M manuals, and guarantees etc. as per contractual requirements.
· Shall liaise with Consultant on daily activities at site

Emaar Pakistan | CAD Design Operator (Islamabad)
Qualification: Minimum D.A.E Architectural / Civil
Experience: 6 – 8 years of experience in Design process, architectural details, town planning and construction documents
Responsibilities:
• Occasional preparation and amendments of drawings to be issued for site on Urgent basis.
• Overlaying and coordination of drawings for various disciplines.
• Assisting the office secretary at various occasions for transmittals, drawing registers and important documentation of the design team.
• Keeping & managing drawings which include architectural, MEP, structure, specification, ID and other disciplines.
• Maintaining and updating all the design drawings in the designated drives on the basis of design received and tracking the submissions and comments issued on each submittal.
• Calculation of plot areas and infrastructure works.
• Calculation of covered areas of tower, retail areas etc.
• Assisting the site team regarding the Ab Built drawings provided by the Contractors.
• Verifying coordinates of all Emaar’s projects.
• Keeping the record of construction drawings issued at site and maintaining folders.
