Position: Branch Manager
- Multiple Locations in Karachi.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- 3-4 years of Retail or Hospital Pharmacy experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other support personnel.
- Schedule and assign tasks to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for pharmacy staff.
- Ensure the accurate and timely dispensing of prescription medications.
- Verify prescription orders for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant state and federal laws and regulations related to pharmacy operations.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with pharmacy policies and procedures.
- Ensure the safe storage and handling of medications.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Resolve any issues related to prescription orders or medication therapy.
- Manage and maintain inventory of medications and pharmacy supplies.
- Monitor expiration dates and remove expired products.
- Order and restock medications as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy.
- Ensure branch operations are conducted within standard operating procedures (SOPs).
