LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, HEAD OFFICE, NORTH NAZIMABAD CAMPUS
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All kind of equipment’s operation & maintenance work, Checking of Boiler / Lift & RO system and trouble shooting.
- Manage develop and lead utilities facilities & allied services.
- Complete automation and control setup control panel and burner/ Lift Controller.
- Utilized standard practice as per the Govt. Regulation of boiler inspector formalities.
- Selection of pump/ Motors/Filter and allied all kind of equipment’s.
- Making daily bases maintenance log book and SOP.
- Lineup team and breakdown critical equipment’s.
- Development of project execution plan/ Milestone trends and analysis.
- Encourage, identifying and developing best practice strategy.
- Responsibility of the ZH interest throughout the lifecycle of any project.
REQUIREMENTS:
Academic Qualification: Matriculation in (Science) from board of secondary education.
Professional Qualification: DAE 03 Years mechanical, 2nd & 1st class boiler engineering.
Experience: more than 05-07 years.
KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES:
- A good knowledge of the techniques for planning & maintenance of equipment’s.
- Able to coach and mentor more junior staff across a number of discipline.
- Experience in managing technical infrastructure to all team members.
- Can work indecently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts.
