Exciting Opportunity: Incharge Planning (Zonal) – Karachi
Are you a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with a proven track record in leading Oil & Gas shutdowns? Do you have a passion for driving efficiency and excellence in planning for large-scale projects? We’re seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as Incharge Planning (Zonal) for Karachi City.
Key Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 10 of hands-on experience in planning and executing Oil & Gas shutdowns, with a proven track record of leading teams in shutdowns/turnarounds.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in successfully leading shutdown projects with a workforce exceeding 1500.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of high-impact Oil & Gas shutdowns within the South zone.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Drive process improvements and adopt best practices to enhance project efficiency and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.

Position Title: Engineer Proposals – (Mechanical)
Experience: atleast 4 years
Sector: Oil & Gas
Location: Karachi
The position is responsible for reviewing contractual documents to determine contract obligations and identify risk factors, establish all costs related to proposals, assist Head Proposals and Proposal Managers in making winning bids, supervise Estimation Engineers in estimation to assure effective bidding system of company. Must have a strong understanding of the business norms of the market related to Oil & Gas.
Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Mechanical), with atleast 4 years of experience with 2 to 3 years plus in Proposals / Estimation.
