WE ARE HIRING! Assistant Manager Production
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experience in operating, adjusting and maintaining production machinery such as mixers, ovens, conveyors and packing equipment’s.
- Ability to ensure machinery runs efficiently with minimal downtime and troubleshooting basic issues.
- Ensure that all ingredients have been received as per production plan from the store
- Expertise in monitoring product quality throughout the production process, ensuring that products meet required standards.
- Familiarity with good manufacturing practices (GMP) and food safety regulations such as sanitation to maintain product consistency and quality.
- Knowledge of standard production processes in food manufacturing, including raw material handling, processing and packing.
- Production planning and its execution to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
Eligibility Criteria
- BSc. / MSc. in Engineering or Food Technology
- 5-7 years of experience in the related field
