Dany Technologies Jobs Creative Head/Design Head:
·Audionic is looking for a passionate Creative Head/Design Head to join our team! The designer will be responsible for converting all ideas into visual representations.
.You will preferably have both 3D image and video editing skills, towards generation of business branding, user interfaces, shorts ads, animations and posters.
·Furthermore, you should be able to create blog posts and content for social media to engage our target audience, write email blasts and press releases.
·You must know how to research various topics and industry trends and produce content on tight deadlines. Exceptional creativity, grammar and writing skills are required for this position. Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion.
·Direct and motivate teams, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively. Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.
·Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meet our needs. Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team. Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals.
·Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future
Skills & Education:
·Proven experience as a creative Head or in a similar creative role. Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development. Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc. Outstanding leadership and organization skills. Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities · BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field; MSc/MA/MBA will be considered.
