Dalda Foods Limited Jobs Administration Officer :Dalda Foods is hiring suitable candidate for position of Admin Officer for its Lahore Plant.
Ideal candidate must possess BBA/MBA degree with at least 1-3 years relevant experience.
Main responsibilities:
• To control and monitor the attendance and leave of the Service Providers and their staff.
• To ensure security/surveillance of factory, assets and safety of its staff
• To monitor the activities of First Aid Service Provider.
• To monitor the activities of Food Service Provider.
• To monitor the activities of Janitorial and General Service Providers.
• To arrange and maintain of all records of inward & outward Mails.
• To arrange transport for pick & drop of staff.
• To ensure proper maintenance and fitness of pool vehicles/drivers
• To arrange functions, events, factory visits and other activities.
• To ensure timely payments of EOBI, PESSI and Insurance Company
