BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co, is looking for a “Head of Experience Center” in their Sales Department.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Management from a reputable institution
Experience:
07 – 10 years in similar role in the Automobile Industry.
Location: Gulberg, Lahore.
This role is all about driving the growth and success of our flagship store through smart, well-rounded sales strategies. The candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing plans that not only boost sales but also improve profitability across the board. A key part of the job is leading both the Sales and After Sales teams, ensuring that customers receive a premium experience from the moment they walk in through to after their purchase.
The leadership will set the tone for how our teams engage with customers—always with professionalism, care, and a commitment to excellence. Beyond day-to-day operations, this role requires a strong strategic mindset. The incumbent will need to stay up to date on industry trends, analyse what competitors are doing, and understand evolving customer expectations.
Collaboration is also a big part of the role, requiring working closely with marketing, finance, operations, and other departments to ensure everything is aligned and running smoothly. Cross-functional teamwork is essential to delivering a seamless customer experience and achieving store-wide goals.
Lastly, there’s a strong financial component. This role will be managing budgets and monitoring expenses carefully. Keeping operations efficient and staying within financial targets is key to supporting long-term profitability.
