APL is looking for dynamic and driven sales professionals to join our Lubricants team. If you’re passionate about sales growth, channel development, and building strong customer relationships, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned secondary sales targets in the designated territories
- Conduct regular visits to retailers and mechanics to strengthen product visibility and market execution
- Manage distributor teams and ensure consistent order generation
- Share timely insights on competitor activities and market trends
- Deliver excellent after-sales support and manage customer complaints
- Execute trade promotions, gift schemes, and brand activation activities
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly performance reports
Experience
3–5 years of experience in lubricants sales, including identifying and prospecting new retailers/mechanics, expanding market share, and managing existing lube customers in assigned territories
Education
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration)
