BIPL Securities Limited Jobs Manager Internal Audit:
BIPL Securities Limited (a listed brokerage house) is seeking MANAGER INTERNAL AUDIT for its Karachi Head Office.
Qualification: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACMA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
Required Experience:
- Financial sector audit experience is preferred.
- He/she has three years of relevant experience in audit or finance or compliance function and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan or Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan; or 3. He/she has five years of relevant experience in audit or finance or compliance function and is a Certified Internal Auditor or Certified Fraud Examiner or Certified Internal Control Audi-tor or has a post graduate degree in business, finance from a university or equivalent recog-nized and approved by the HEC; or
- He/she has at least seven years of managerial experience in fields of audit or accounting or in managing financial or corporate affairs functions of a company and has a suitable degree from a university in Pakistan or abroad equivalent to graduate degree, recognized and approved by the HEC.
5 Should possess excellent knowledge of risk management, compliance audit, corporate governance, control principles, and audit planning.
Job description: The position will be responsible to report to the Audit committee & Chief Executive Officer for carrying out internal audit reviews as directed. This will include planning, testing, making recommendations and reporting to strengthen the company’s corporate governance through risk-based audits that provide assurance and insights on the processes & structures that drive the organization toward success.
