POSITION Senior Officer EdTech
LOCATION: Head Office, Lahore
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s in Computer Science along with Cambridge Diploma in Teaching with Digital Technology
EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years in a relevant EdTech or IT support role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect and analyze school feedback on tech solutions through surveys and interviews
- Collaborate with EdOps to enhance tools, update training materials, and refine support strategies
- Provide support for tool integration, including training and troubleshooting
- Conduct on-site school visits for support and feedback
- Develop resources like tutorials and assess new EdTech tools
- Create reports to share insights with the line manager
- Explore and evaluate EdTech tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) for school suitability
CORE KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of digital tools and technologies in an educational context
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to develop and deliver training and tutorials
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in creating detailed reports and presentations
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (EdTech Tools)
