Position: ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS LEAD (POM)
- Are you an experienced IT professional who can lead enterprise systems support?
- Do you have strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-driven mindset?
- Can you lead, coach and develop an IT team member?
- Are you confident managing system upgrades, integrations, security and vendors?
- Can you communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders?

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead second-line support for FinCorp’s enterprise systems.
- Supervise, coach and develop the Enterprise Systems Officer.
- Monitor system availability, performance and security.
- Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.
- Coordinate system upgrades, patches, integrations and enhancements.
- Act as the escalation point for system issues and vendor support.
- Coordinate system integration and user acceptance testing.
- Manage user access, system roles, reviews and audit requests.
- Maintain system documentation and support end-user training.
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery activities.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting enterprise systems.
- Hands-on experience with systems such as finPOWER, HR21, SharePoint, Power Platform or similar.
- Knowledge of SQL databases, system integrations and API management.
- Understanding of ITIL principles, particularly incident and change management.
- Experience supervising, mentoring or coordinating staff.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
