Department : IT Infrastructure Department
Eligibility Criteria:
ü Monitor BHAL WAN and LAN operations of branches, offsite ATMs and back offices.
ü Coordinating with services providers for deployment of link in new branches/back office/offsite ATMs..
ü Monitoring the health of network links and equipment.
ü Daily network reporting.
ü Coordination with service providers for complaining and fault rectification.
ü Providing support to branch/CSD.
ü Troubleshoot network problem.
ü Configure Router and switches as required.
ü Provide remote support to onsite SP team and end users.
ü Monitor network traffic, performance and implement of ACLs and QoS where required.
ü Replace faulty network hardware when required.
ü Providing support for maintaining and managing CCTV infrastructure.
ü Providing support to team for VoIP and video Conferencing issues.
Minimum Experience: Fresh to 1 year experience.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT

Eligibility Criteria:
ü Tier-II support of Data Center.
ü Tape Backup management.
ü Core Banking Application Servers Trouble shooting.
ü Administration of Servers, Storage, and other Datacenter devices.
ü Uptime of Server & Application (Including Centralized TS).
ü Backup monitoring and operation of TSM and VEEAM and Backup execution when required.
ü Fire Extinguisher Process Automatic/Manual Activation
ü Backup/Replication Administration
ü Virtual and Physical machine deployment and administration.
ü Manage Hyper-V & VMware First level support.
ü Windows Servers Administration:
ü Server level Administration, Cluster Management, and troubleshooting
ü Troubleshooting and configuration of Windows Servers
ü Monitoring of Servers, Storage, and other Datacenter devices via SolarWinds.
Minimum Experience: Fresh to 2 years’ experience.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT
