Bachaa Party Jobs Regional Stores Manager:
BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐏𝐮𝐧𝐣𝐚𝐛.
Responsibilities:
o Provide leadership to the assigned area/region, overseeing retail activities and stores.
o Evaluating existing operations and developing appropriate strategies for continuous improvement of stores.
o Collaborate with store managers to develop sales goals for each location and monitor progress toward those goals, develop strategies to attract and retain a diverse base of customers.
o Identifies opportunities for improvement in the store region; designs and implements training, strategies, policies, goals, and other resources to maximize productivity, morale and teamwork.
o Monitoring sales across stores to check that targets are met and provide a customer first approach to all our customers.
o Setting & implementing performance standards across all stores to one and done strategy.
o Training ASM, Store and Floor managers in effective sales and supervisory techniques to ensure optimized team work is achieved.
o Ensuring that employees observe company protocols and core values at all times.
o Coordinate with marketing teams for effective execution of campaigns.
o Coordinate and resolve all maintenance/development related issues of retail stores.
o Present reports and observations in weekly/monthly meetings.
Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
o 10 years of proven experience in retail management, with a strong focus on overseeing multi-store operations.
o Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing, developing, and inspiring diverse teams to achieve consistent performance across multiple stores.
o Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with store managers, employees, and upper management.
o Proficiency in analyzing sales data, managing budgets, and making informed decisions to optimize store performance.
o Willingness and ability to travel within the region as necessary.
