𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is seeking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐜 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐫.
Responsibilities:
𝐨 Develop and implement packaging solutions for our food and non-food products that meet customer requirements, are cost-effective, and comply with relevant regulations.
𝐨 Produce prototypes and mock-ups of packaging designs to evaluate aesthetics, functionality, and user experience.
𝐨 Stay informed about industry trends, competitor packaging designs, and consumer preferences to inform design decisions and maintain relevance.
𝐨 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and procurement, to ensure that packaging solutions meet business needs.
𝐨 Ensure that all packaging-related documentation, such as specifications and testing reports, are accurate and up-to-date.
𝐨 Keep up-to-date with developments in packaging technology and regulations, and make recommendations for changes to our packaging strategies as needed.
𝐨 Maintain organized files and documentation related to packaging designs, including version control and design history records.
Requirements:
𝐨 Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Packaging Design, or related field.
𝐨 Proven experience as a Packaging Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging design projects.
𝐨 Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, Die line understanding, Colors Understanding & 3D Mockups Creation).
𝐨 Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
𝐨 Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
