Job Description:
· Preparation of monthly management accounts as per agreed schedule and timely submission
· Promote best practices and continuous process improvements for financial reporting & analysis
· Preparation of Quarterly and Annual pack for the board of directors
· Prepare project appraisals on progress of approved ongoing projects
· Compliance with statutory requirements required of Companies Act, 2017
· Compliance with all tax laws such as Sales Tax, Income Tax.
· Co-ordination with External Auditors in Annual audit & half yearly review
· Ensuring all training needs of Finance staff are evaluated and conducted as needed
· Supervise staff, assign duties as required, mentor and train them for achieving success and evaluate their performance.
