𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- MBA Marketing or Advertising
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience of marketing in similar roles in Ecommerce Industry or Digital Marketing Agencies.
- Must have strong leadership & management skills
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and achieve business goals
- Leading and managing the digital marketing team, including SEO/SEM, content creation, social media, email marketing, and graphic design professionals
- Overseeing the budget for digital marketing campaigns and allocating resources effectively
- Utilizing analytics tools to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions for optimization
- Collaborating with other departments to integrate digital marketing with overall business strategies and initiatives
- Staying up-to-date with digital technology developments and leveraging new tools and platforms to maintain a competitive edge
- Managing the creation and delivery of digital content across various channels, ensuring consistent messaging and branding
- Directing social media strategies that engage audiences, increase followers, and drive customer interaction
- Conducting market research to identify digital marketing opportunities and competitiveness
- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns and measuring the success of these initiatives
- Enhancing the user experience on the company’s website and digital platforms through optimization and personalization
- Forging strategic partnerships and relationships with external agencies, vendors, and platform providers to enhance digital marketing efforts
- How to leverage social media, search engine optimization, and other tactics to promote a company’s products or services.
