The said position will be responsible to assist the Company on all legal matters in consultation of the Manager Legal and the General Counsel, including but not limited to legal advisory, other corporate work and Company litigation.
Job Description
Drafting and vetting of agreements, contacts, MOUs, petitions, appeals, notices, policies etc.
Furnishing legal opinions on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters
Research on laws and case laws
Attending hearings in courts and other regulatory bodies
Attending meetings with various stakeholders
Review of case documents and drafting of case-briefs
Managing external counsels for handling litigation
Correspondence with regulatory authorities
Maintenance of legal record
