Job Opportunity: Branch Manager – Centaurus Islamabad

As a Branch Manager at LAMA, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store. These responsibilities include attaining sales goals, delivering great customer care, and growing revenue through increased customer foot fall activity.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1-Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
2-Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
3-Prepare employee rosters on a monthly basis and ensure compliance to the rosters so that operations of the outlet are efficiently and effectively managed.
4-Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
5-Ensure daily closing of accounts at your outlet.
6-Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
7-Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
8-Undertake duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
9-Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
10-Visual merchandising of stores based on season, promotion, events etc. 11-Ensure that products are displayed attractively and are properly organized on store shelves or displays.
12-Manage his store inventory level. Periodic inventory of his store and update records.
13-Take care of company property / assets with good intentions and avoid losses.
14-Coordinating and reporting to the head office.
15-Fulfilling all sales targets assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements:

1-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, operations management or a related field. Masters is a plus.
2-Proven experience of 5 years or more in a similar role in the retail industry is crucial. Progressive experience with a proven track record of managing teams, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service.
3-Strong leadership abilities, including experience in supervising and motivating a team, setting and achieving sales goals, and implementing strategies to drive business growth. Experience in performance management and conducting employee evaluations is required.
4-Understanding financial reports, managing budgets, and controlling costs are essential. This includes inventory management, profit and loss analysis, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
5-Effective communication is vital for interacting with both customers and staff.
6-Ability to identify issues, find solutions, and make quick decisions is crucial in a fast-paced retail environment.
7-Proficiency in using retail management software, point-of-sale systems, and other relevant technology is crucial.
