WE ARE HIRING! General Manager – Washing Candidate is responsible in managing day-to-day wet and dry processing operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in denim garment washing, with a deep understanding of wash techniques and finishing standards. Plan and execute production schedules for wet and dry processes, ensuring on-time delivery. Coordinate with washing, finishing, and quality teams to align production with customer requirements. Maintain high standards of product quality and consistency throughout the process. Prepare and maintain production reports, efficiency analysis, rework data, and daily output tracking.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Textile/Apparel Engineering, or Garment Manufacturing. Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in garment washing production with 5 years in a senior management role. Well versed with all denim garment wash processes and techniques.
