At OTO Pakistan, we are looking for a competent and experienced Accounts Executive – Payable/Receivable to join our Finance team in Head Office – Lahore. This role will be in reporting to Manager Accounts & Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial record keeping and daily transaction posting
• Cash handling and reconciliation
• Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable: (Processing vendor invoices, Ensuring timely payments, Follow-up on outstanding customer accounts)
• Inventory accounting and control
• Preparation of financial reports
• Ensure tax compliance and timely tax reporting
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations
• Handle multiple finance-related tasks independently
Requirements:
• Education: MBA Finance / M.Com
• Experience: 4–5 years, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP (must)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
