1. Educational Qualifications
   CIMA Qualified / BBA from Reputable University
2. Work Experience
   Preferably 02-03 years post qualification experience in relevant field. (Candidates having Textile Background will be given preference)
3. Job Responsibilities
   Some of the job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Ensure that all entries in ERP are accurate, complete and correct.
• Review and adjust end-to-end accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure timely closing of Financial Statements and its Analysis.
• Identify variances in reports of Sales and Receivable, Purchase and Payables, Cash and Bank, Expense, GL against budget, Plan, Forecast, previous periods and other divisions.
• Monitor the expenditures incurred on establishment of company including Construction, Fixed Asset Acquisition, Formation Expenses, Licenses and keep up-to-date record of Project by Vendor, Head of Account, Category, Area, Function, etc.
• Collaborate with project managers to align financial goals with project timelines and objectives.

8. MS Word (Styles, Mail Merge, Footnotes, Header and Footer, Table Designing, Report Preparation, Track Changes, Version Comparison, Password Protection)
9. MS Power Point (Slide Design and Layout, Slide Transition and Animation, Charts, Custom Templates and Themes, Data Visualization, Storytelling with Data)
10. MS Outlook (Emails, Calendar Management, Task Management, Contacts Directory)
11. ERP (Must have hands-on knowledge of any ERP)
12. Basic knowledge of Power BI is mandatory.

2. Work Experience
   Preferably 02 years of experience in relevant field.
3. Job Responsibilities
   Some of the job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Handling accounting operations of offshore business (having 5 employees) under the supervision of Manager.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Record and maintain Sales, Loans, Payroll, Bank transactions.
• Maintenance of accurate financial records including GL, Bank Reconciliation, Aging, P&L Analysis, Financial Statements, Cashflow, etc.
• Support with ad hoc financial tasks and projects.
