Organization:
We are looking for a “𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬”
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :
- Implement, monitor and improve the Quality Management System as per ISO 9001 and other customer specific standards.
- Facilitate and manage ISO 9001 and other Customer Technical Quality audits to ensure satisfactory results.
- Develop, review and update SOPs, Work Instructions and Process Flows to ensure alignment with operational and quality standards.
- Identify process gaps using different Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Problem-Solving tools like 5Why, Fishbone and 8D and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with Cross functional teams to drive and support Continuous Improvement Initiatives based on Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies.
- Conduct Time & Motion Studies for Manpower and Piece Rates Calculation.
- Develop and implement optimum 2D Factory and Production floor layouts ensuring minimized Lean Wastages.
- Provide training and awareness sessions on QMS and improvement methodologies across the organization, to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, Operational Excellence, or related functions.
- Proven success in handling ISO 9001:2015 audits and implementing Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of QMS implementation and process improvement tools.
- Skilled in Root Cause Analysis, Problem-Solving Techniques, and executing process improvement projects.
- Hands-on experience with Time & Motion Studies, Work Study, and Layout Designing.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the Retail or similar industries preferred.
- Proactive, self-driven, and effective in cross-functional environments.
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from a reputable university.
- Certification or formal training in ISO 9001:2015
