We are looking for an “Customer Service Officer”
Responsibilities:
· Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers.
· Communicating with customers through various channels. (Calls/Emails/Chats).
· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
· Return parcels submission to warehouse.
Required Skills:
· Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Hands on experience on CRM and social media tools
Qualifications:
· Experience1-2 years of relevant experience.
· Education: Bachelor’s in relevant field
