Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 for Finished Goods department at Warehouse, Karachi.
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:- 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably within the textile or manufacturing industry.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:-
- 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Ensure the accurate tracking and management of finished goods inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥: Implement effective inventory control measures to manage stock rotation, minimize waste, and enhance overall efficiency in the finished goods department.
- 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Maintain a well-organized warehouse layout to facilitate efficient storage, retrieval, and tracking of finished goods, ensuring easy access and optimal use of space.
- 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠: Oversee all shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate processing of finished goods, including verifying shipments against packing lists and coordinating with logistics partners.
- 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐬: Cycle Count, Self Audit: Conduct regular inventory audits, including cycle counts and self-audits, to verify inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies in the stock levels.
- 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly by analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬: Generate and analyze inventory reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights that drive informed decision-making and inventory optimization.
- 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations related to inventory management and warehouse operations.
