Accrescent Engineers (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking for mentioned position.
Position: BMS Operator
Qualification: DAE, B-Tech in Electronics
Experience:– 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
Salary: 40K
Location: Karachi
Responsibilities:
- Monitor of the BMS controlled systems carried out by the service provider throughout the site.
- Carry out routine checks for correct operation and conduct troubleshooting and minor repairs of all control equipment as directed by site management and Daily weekly Servicing Plan.
- Monitor the operation of the HVAC using the BMS to monitor performance.
- Adjust variables and provide adjustment as required to ensure systems are operating correctly within parameters.
- Monitor and record values of HVAC and other systems controlled by the BMS to build up a database of records to provide data for energy efficiency improvement.
- Personally accountable for ensuring all work is carried out in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
