Job Description:
-Receive and review production orders & timely updates in internal ERP.
-Analyze specifications, quantities, and deadlines to create production schedules.
-Liaison with planning, supply chain & production teams to ensure timely procurement of materials.
-Conduct random inline/final inspections and audits to identify defects or discrepancies
-Serve as the primary point of contact between customer and internal departments for timely execution of tasks.
-Address customer feedback or complaints promptly and effectively to maintain positive relationships.
-Managing customer’s dashboards for production performance.
Job Requirements:
-B.E Textile / BS Textile / BBA Marketing-related field
-Relevant experience of 01-02 Years in textile preferably handling retail-based customers.
-Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.
-Effective communication and Proficiency in Excel.
