Limited is an emerging oil marketing company in Pakistan that offers state-of-the-art infrastructure and a supply chain from local refineries and international suppliers for motor gasoline RON-92, RON-97, Euro-2, Euro-5 & Euro-6 compliant diesel for peak performance and optimal efficiency.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager Retail Engineering at Eco Gasoline (Pvt.) Limited, located in Rawalpindi, with flexibility for some remote work. The Manager Retail Engineering will be responsible for the design and execution of retail outlets, preparation of project estimates, and time schedules in close coordination with the construction teams. They will also manage a team of architects and civil engineers and overlook mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, building codes, and safety compliances.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years experience in retail engineering management or facility management.
- Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, Architectural Design, and Construction.
- Excellent knowledge of retail engineering i any OMC in Punjab E, Building Codes, and Safety Standards.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment to ensure effective project delivery.
- Strong project estimating skills and the ability to prepare and manage a construction budget.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
