- Proven experience in a production engineering role, preferably in the
manufacturing industry. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing machine shops.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and machining processes, quality
control, and safety standards. - Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
