JOB TITLE : Shift Coordinator
REPORTS TO : Senior Manager Keamari Terminal
Job Purpose:
The Shift Coordinator is responsible and accountable for the safe and efficient operation of Keamari Terminal which includes receipt of crude oil, loading of Products (Naphtha, HSFO/Any Other), and pumping of products to oil marketing companies. The incumbent will assist safe and prompt operation of crude oil to refinery pumping of products to OMCS and liaison with KPT and other Government agencies. The incumbent will be responsible for quantitative check / control of receipts, check and control of ocean, pumping and storage losses. The incumbent will be responsible
for ensuring and implementing compliance with all relevant HSEQ requirements, ISO standards as required. He will also be responsible for timely data posting in SAP-OM software and analyze it to ensure the accuracy of the data.
Education: B.E.
Experience: 10 Years of relevant experience.
Technical Competencies: Trouble shooting, Emergency and Risk Management, Energy & Mass Balance, Tank Storage Management, Stock Management.
Non-Technical Competencies: Teamwork, Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Result Oriented, Organizing & Prioritizing.
