Job Role: Management Associate IT
Location: Karachi
Job Responsibilities:
- Network Administration: Setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer networks.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Support to end-users, diagnose network issues, and implement solutions to ensure uninterrupted network connectivity and functionality.
- Infrastructure Management: Design, implementation, and optimization of network infrastructure.
- Monitoring and Security: Monitoring network performance, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing security measures to protect against cyber threats.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaboration and Project Participation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects & contribute ideas.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for technology.
Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and operating systems.
Familiarity with network hardware, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
