Designation: Department Manager | Apparel & Footwear
Requirements:
o 4 – 5 years of experience in a well – known retail brand as a Floor Manager or in a similar capacity.
o Minimum Graduation.
o Communication, people & leadership skills are must.
o An ideal candidate should have problem solving, confident & energetic personality.

BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of Department Manager – Apparel & Footwear in Lahore.
Responsibilities:-
o Will be responsible for complete supervision of designated sections.
o Ensure visual merchandising according to company’s requirements.
o Will be responsible to increase sales & enhance customer experience.
o Train staff on regular basis.
o Train new hires on the standards & procedures of the company, from how to handle a negative customer experience to how to properly interact with customers.
o Lead the team & sections under one department.
