Job Description:
Samad Rubber Works is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Quality Control In-Charge at our location in Lahore.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the superior quality of our foam products. Responsibilities for this position include:
- Quality Inspections: Conducting comprehensive quality inspections at various stages of the manufacturing process.
- Procedure Development: Developing and implementing effective quality control procedures and protocols.
- Defect Identification: Identifying and addressing defects, discrepancies, or non-conformities promptly.
- Collaboration: Collaborating closely with production teams to resolve quality issues efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and documentation of quality tests and findings.
- Continuous Improvement: Assisting in initiatives aimed at continuously improving product quality
Individual with following qualifications are encouraged to apply:
- Bachelor’s degree/Masters Degree in Total Quality Management or relevant Field.
- At least five years of proven experience in the field of quality control, preferably in “Foam manufacturing or similar manufacturing industries”.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects.
- Knowledge of quality control standards, tools, and methodologies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
